It’s where the first battle of the day happens: the fight for “just five more minutes.” And here comes the helper – a simple morning routine. A few gentle moves, a deep breath, some soft music… and your new day can begin. You don’t need to jump. You don’t need to sweat. You don’t need to suffer. Just a few simple moves are enough to step out of the “sleep-fog” and feel like a new person. Very often – like a completely different and much better person.
